Dr. Ramirez leads day-to-day patient care at Pozitivf El Paso. A board-certified OB/GYN with over 13 years of experience, he earned his medical degree from Universidad de Monterrey and completed his residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso. A native of the border region and bilingual in Spanish, he brings deep local roots and a strong connection to the patients he serves.
Founder of Pozitivf Fertility and a reproductive endocrinologist with over 20 years of experience. Dr. Arredondo trained at UT Health San Antonio, completed his REI fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, and holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard. All fertility care protocols at Pozitivf El Paso are created and supervised under his direction.
Dr. Adams is doubly board certified in OB/GYN and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility, with over 25 years of clinical experience. She trained at Tufts University School of Medicine, served 22 years as a U.S. Air Force physician, and completed her REI fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She has been practicing fertility medicine in San Antonio since 2018.
